The institutional site of the Interregional Network for Rare Diseases of Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta , is mainly aimed at providing information to patients , their families , members of associations , health and social workers dealing with the world of rare diseases in Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta. The role of the site operators cannot replace that of a doctor who is expert in the specific rare diseases to which patients must turn to obtain information on the diagnostic and therapeutic novelties of the pathologies from which they are suffering.
